VPN IPsec very slow. ER 6120 <-> ER 6020

i connected two networks via VPN IPsec. But the speed is very slow about 300 kB/s both directions. The ping is about 50ms.
I followed this tutorial http://www.tp-link.com/en/article-380.html
Network A - TP Link ER 6120
Network B - TP Link ER 6020
