VPN IPsec VPN TL-ER-6020 to TL-R605

Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20220106 Rel.56391

Hi.

Ia am trying to establish a tunnel between a TL-ER-6020 and TL-R605 and keep getting the following error:

WAN: Phase 2 of IKE negotiation failed. (Peers=86.125.115.219<->86.125.114.28, Error=18)

Previously I had a TL-R600VPN instead of the 605 and it all worked fine. If I plug it back in it still works fine.

Double checked the settings on both ends and can't figure it out.

Any help as to what error 18 would be very much apprechiated.

When setting up, did you make sure that the proposals selected in both sides of Advance corresponded to each other?

IPsec VPN requires the same settings on both sides to be successful, so your problem should still be with the settings.
