Hi

i have a problem - i had an UPC Modem IP:80.x.x.1 - the modem is on WAN R470 with IP: 80.x.x.2 - LAN IP: 213.x.x.161 - i will connect an server with IP: 213.x.x.162

if i open www.whatismyip.com i will see the IP: 80.x.x.1 but i will see 213.x.x.162 - what can i do?

If the modem is in bridge mode, its IP does not matter. If you use PPPoE, the public IP is passed to your WAN interface. I guess that's what you want.

The case you describe looks like your "modem" is configured as router, at least that would explain the behaviour. If you don't own the modem, your ISP should be able to switch it to "transparent mode".
