Hello
Im using two 7210, but after so many times of trial, i guess the other one has signal problem.
For example in AP Client Router, 20 ssid found when i push survey. Then i choose one with signal quality 30db to connect.
After reboot, i check out antenna alignment for signal quality showed 2-4db, and sometimes it shows -1db.
But if i choose another ssid, the previous ssid back to normal (+/- 30db)
Is there any solution for this problem?
Thanks,
Amrizal Arif

in AP Client Router
in that mode, it has to have dif subnet from AP e.g. if AP has 192.168.1.1 the one set to in AP Client Router mode has to have 192.168.2.1
if you allready have dif subnets and got the issue you post, instead of setting AP-Client-Router mode set Client mode, this mode does not provide wireless inetrnet only wire, both 72s have to have line of sight (have to see each other)

First upgrade to the latest version of the firmware of both of your WA7210N be sure you are using the firmware with correct hardware version then. Then set up one of your AP Operation Mode to Access Point and use this setting's
Region:Test Mode
Transmit Power:27dBm
Channel:Auto
Mode:11bgn mixed
Channel Width:40Mhz or auto.
And in the other WA7210N use operation mode Client. And do these setting's
Change Wireless Region :Test Mode
Transmit Power:27dBm
Channel Width:40Mhz or Auto
And then save the settings.
And use both of the AP's in same Subnet put AP IP to 192.168.1.1 and Client IP to 192.168.1.2 and I agree "danymarc".
Then see the signal's if problem persists then tell you how is the placement of the AP.

I agree with Siddhant001. You can have a try of the test.
Besides, there are 4 LED lights that indicates the signal strength of the front-end AP except working in AP mode.
While in AP mode, the 4 will all on.
You can refer to this issue to help do some troubleshooting.
Any progress please share with us.
