TP Link 7210 ip problem.

it being few days i am facing a problem. when i connect to my TPlink 7210 . it start give ip from 192.168.0.101.
i dont know why. but when i change setting in tplink modem page to static ip to DHCP. it work good now.
but problem is that.Now i cant log in TPlink page
before i was log-in through this ip 192.168.0.254
but now i cant . my TPlink working good. give ip normal like 192.168.1.3 , 192.168.1.4 els. like this
tplink operation mode AP.
please guide how can i log-in to page.
