How do I permanently disable the alarm sound? When I'm Away mode when I return home the alarm goes off and scares the dog until I select Home mode.

The Home/Away mode feature allows users to create two sets of settings for the camera, including the detection, alarm, and notification settings. It seems like the camera alarm is turned on in your Home mode setting. You may want to double-check it.
