Incorrect Date and Time

I am subscribe to Tapo Care, but when I was checking the previous recordings, I noticed that the date and time were incorrect. Today is April 17, 2025, but the recordings today has a date of March 23, 2023 and also show a different time that the actual time of the recordings. I havent tried any troubleshooting yet. Please help me fix this.

Tapo Camera Shows Wrong Date and Time
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Do you have the correct date and time on the camera's Live View page?
2. Is the camera connected to a third-party app/program via RTSP/Onvif connection?
3. Please reboot your router, then reboot the camera and check if it helps.
4. Can you control the camera remotely with the Tapo app?
5. Could you please send us a picture showing the reported issue?
