Hi,

I just configured my new C210 in the TapoApp, and it immediately updated the firmware to 1.4.5.

After that, I configured the camera over the TapoApp to link it into my QNAP QVR Elite (camera account and such).

Unfortunately, the motion detection is not working in QVR with the C210 (I also have a Amcrest IP2M-841B which is fully working).

In the TapoApp:

- I get notification for motion and person detection.

- when the alarm is configured, it works

- time/date is configured correctly

In QVR:
- camera is detected automatically via scanning

- there is no preview picture with the C210 (but the recorded files have the normal picture)

- even if the TapoApp detects a motion, in QVR there is no notification and therefore no event recording

On the QVR-compatible-camera-list there is the firmware 1.3.7 mentioned to function correctly (and in the other thread there is 1.3.11 mentioned).

Please assist with an firmware up- or downgrade, so that the motion detection is functioning.
