Camera Going Offline Every Hour
Tuesday
Model: Tapo C520WS
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Version-1.0.5 Build 250211 Rel.60815n

From the day of first install till now one of my camera is goin offline every hour or minutes untill i restart. Rest of other two cameras are working fine. I can not figure it out what should i do and it's really very irritating. All of my cameras are completly new, i don't want to visit service centre because i purchased the camera for security survillance not to visit the service centre.

All of my camera are connected and powerd up by Mercusys 40 watt 6 port POE switch, power supplied and data is devided by TP Link TL-PoE10R splitter set to the 9 volt. The camera going offline is connected to port 1 as manual says priority ll be given as port number.

All camera working fine except one. Please giud me what should i do. How to troubleshoot.

Try to use the provided power adapter, see if the problem still exists. What specific issue is the camera experiencing? Is it offline due to a power outage (with the LED indicator off), or is there a WiFi disconnection issue (with the LED flashing red)?

What's the model of the Mercusys switch?

No sir, LED Indicates/glows Solid Amber like setup process connected through wired connection.

Now i have removed it and connected using wifi. To check if problem still persist. Using of adapter is not an ideal option for me as its connected to remote location without any electric wire or power outlet.

  @Wayne-TP Sir

With WIFI connection, now i can see 6 hours of uninterrupted video recording, means working great in with WIFI.

So is it possible that the camera has some kind of fault with it's wire connection module ?

Led solid amber indicates the camera has disconnected from the cloud, but is still connected to the router. In this case, camera can still be controlled when the phone is connected to the same local network, remote control is not unavailable.

For the remote control failure issue, check the suggestions here in case 2, see if it helps. What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

  @Wayne-TP  Sir i was happy untill i checked the camera recordings. After connecting through wifi, the problematic works okay okay, no stream inturuption, no amber light indication But on recordings i found every 10 to 20 minutes two tapo cameras are rebooting simultaneously. Both the cameras are power by Mercusys POE switch wih tp link splitter as mentioned before. I ahve turned off auto recovey on the switch. Isolate 1-4 port is turned on. So What could be the reason that both the cameras are simultanously rebooting ? I Don't think that it's switch problem because, total 3 cameras are connected to switch 2 tapo camera and 1 Ezviz. Ezviz camera is not rebooting and not found any streaming inturuption on recordings.
