ER7212PC NAT port forwarding

I have feelings that after upgrade to firmware 1.3.1 my NAT port forwarding rules stopped working and now I am unable to make them work.
Investigation:
1. before upgrade everything was working fine
2. I have upgraded and no configuration changed
3. after few weeks I noticed that they are not working
4. checked NOIP provider (as using dynamic dns) it is showing correct IP directing to my public gateway
6. verified all configs but everything should work
7. check using curl does ports are answering (get timeout)
8. checked locally path to whcih it should directing and everything works fine there
SO on result suspecting that this is issue caused by upgrade. Does anybody have possibility to check it?

First, the 443 is taken by the Omada Controller.
Second, I asked you to follow the guide and the guide wrote to post your results.
I want to know what your WAN IP is on the router page. Screenshot needed.
