Tapo C120 doesn't connect to H200 hub
C120 camera can't see H200 to store recordings on H200 Hub. Have tried making the connection via the Local storage tab on the C120 and also trying to add camera under accessible tab of H200. Neither works- the Hub is never detected when trying to connect them. C120 and H200 are seen separately in the Tapo app. Firmware for C120 is 1.3.1 Build 250228 Rel.67865n. Hardware version is 1.0 The Firmware for the H200 is 1.5.1 Build 20250228 rel.27505 and hardware version is 1.0 Both devices located in Canada and Tapo app says both devices have up to date firmware. Have reset both devices. Formatted microSD card in both devices. Help please

Hi,
1. Please check if the H200 and the Tapo C120 are connected to the same router's Wi-Fi/network. Only when the two devices are under the same network, you can store the C120's recordings on the SD card inserted into the hub.
2. If you are using an iOS device, please ensure the "Local Network" is enabled for the Tapo app.

Both devices are on the same router's Wi-Fi/network. Local Network was enabled for Tapo app on IOS device. C120 and H200 are within inches of each other physically. The H200 is never forund by the C120. Have rebooted and reset both devices multiple times without success

I have turned on diagnostics on both devices and then tried again to have the C120 find the H200 to save recordings.Once again the C120 failed to find the H200. Please advise how you want to receive the logs
