The vacuum robot RV10plus cannot dock. It will go near the base, rotate and start reversing. Then somewhere along the path it will curve to it's rights and miss the docking connectors. It will reattempt and reattempt until the battery is too weak. I have wiped and cleaned the machine upteen times and it doesn't resolve.

(Btw, if this site allows uploading a video, I can easily show the problem. By not implementing a video uploading feature, I feel that Tapo doesn't care about user support. It's a pity because Tapo has been a top choice for me, but this is making me look for other options.)
