Can't download recordings

Hi
If you have trouble downloading video clips from the SD card, please try the following steps:
1. Temporarily disable any VPN apps or other security software with VPN mechanisms that may affect the network connection on your phone to see if it improves.
2. If you are sure your phone and the camera are connected to the same router/AP's Wi-Fi, please try to force close the Tapo app, clean the app caches, and log in to the Tapo app again to download the video clips.
3. Try a different phone if you have one.
If the problem remains, please describe your network diagram, find the IP address of your camera, and check if you can ping it successfully on your phone.
