Tapo app - SD card videos won't download

When I try to download a video stored in the SD card from the Tapo app, it won't download.
In the downloads section, it just shows as failed. If I click the refresh button, it shows loading for a second then fails again.
Network is ok. My device (Samsung phone) and the camera are on the same network. The network is solid.
I can play the whole video without any problem in the playback & download section of the Tapo app (SD card tab).
Restarting the app didn't work. Clearing the cache didn't work. Turning camera off and on again didn't work. Reinserting the SD card didn't work.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Do you have a problem downloading video from the SD card to the Tapo app on the Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, or do you have a problem downloading video from the Tapo app to your phone on the Playback & Download > Download page?
2. Please uninstall your Tapo app, reinstall the latest one, and check if it helps.
3. Please try a different phone if you have one.
4. Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue if the problem remains? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.

To answer your point 1 question, the problem is the former you mentioned: downloading video from the SD card to the Tapo app.

Reinstalling didn't change anything.
The download works on my partner's phone but she has an iPhone, whereas I have a Samsung. Maybe it's a problem with the android version?
