Hey everyone. Just purchased the c220 to monitor baby when she is sleeping. I have the app installed on the phone. 

When the app is open, everything is fine. When the app is not open, is there a way that the app notifies you when noise is detected (ex: baby is crying), through a notification or directly switching to the app so the noise can be listened. 

Does the app always have to be on, to be able to hear the baby crying in the room, which doesn't seem very practical. Thanks!
