Hi,
I just recently upgrade my firmware but the power outage occur and my EAP is not showig in omada portal
and it keeps on blinking green for 5sec then grenn and orange repeat cycle.
Tried to hard reset for 5secs. and 30secs. no work
tried https://www.tp-link.com/ae/support/faq/3186/ but I failed to access the 192.168.0.100
Any helpp will greatly appreciated.

Please power off the EAP for a few hours and try again.
If still the same issue, the EAP units maybe defective, you may contact your retailer to check the warranty.
