I have just purchased and received my TapoRV30
not realising it only uses 2.4ghz internet.
My brand-new vacuum cleaner won't connect to the app. I'm assuming my Internet is not suitable.
Can I still get use out of my vacuum cleaner?

Every router supports 2.4GHz WiFi unless you turn it off, or the 2.4GHz wifi module is defective.
