Please confirm the following information if you need further assistance.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
2. Do you have a freeze issue when watching the camera remotely or locally?
3. Is there any prompt that appears on the Tapo app when the live feed freezes?
4. Can you send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
