Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

After updating both my C320WS to firmware version 1.2.2 they keep disconnecting intermittently now. They are still connected to WiFi so I am able to reboot them. Once rebooted I can see the live feed again. That once a while they will do the same thing, eventually disconnecting again. Before this firmware update they were on 24/7 running without any issues for weeks, until firmware update. I have tried everything. This is so irritating.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about the reported issue.

  1. What's the LED status on the camera when the issue happens? Do you mean you can see the camera displays the online status on the Tapo app but can't watch its live feed when the issue happens? If the camera is displayed offline on the Tapo app, how do you reboot it?

  2. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date.

  3. What's the model number of your router? If you reboot the router and change the DNS server on it, will the camera work fine?

Best Regards

Hi,
You can power off the camera and power on it and check if the LED state on the camera changes. If not, it's recommended to press the camera's reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset it and check if the LED state changes.
Best Regards
