Hi  @teboy

Did you use a software controller to adopt the EAP?

Is the software controller PC connecting to the EAP's SSID when adopting it?

When the controller successfully adopt an EAP, it will clear the EAP's defualt SSID and assign the SSID settings on the controller to the EAP.

This happens when you successfully adopt the EAP, because the WiFi is disappeared and the controller is disconnected.

To avoid this, please connect the controller PC to your main ISP router to adopt the EAP.

Hi @teboy

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Is this a router issue?

As you name the title as EAP110-Outdoor. I don't see a router involved here.

I will move your thread to the AP page.
