Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.0.7 Build 20230410 Rel. 69645(5553)

Hi, I am using ZTE F670L Router (provided by PLDT) for my internet. I utilized the LAN ports(LAN1 and LAN2) of the router to connect my laptop and EAP110-Outdoor(US). I already disabled my firewall and anti-virus but the Omada SDN Controller installed on my laptop cannot detect the EAP110-Outdoor(US).

Omada SDN Controller Software will ONLY dectect the EAP110-Outdoor(US) if my laptop wireless connection is connected to EAP's SSID.

Hi, Good Day!

Thanks for the reply.

I found the culprit. ZTE F670L Router is not ok to use its LAN ports on local network. It isolates every LAN port and wireless connections. No matter what I do on the router settings, its just the same. It cannot ping any devices connected on its wireless or LAN ports.

I am now using a switch/hub where my EAP110-Outdoor(US) and my laptop(with Omada SDN Controller Software) are connected. Everything is working fine now. I am just using the ZTE F670L Router for its internet connection.

Is there any VLAN settings or ACL block the LAN network? Can you ping through the AP IP from the controller side via the wired connection?
