Connection failed on Vigi C540W 1.0
My Vigi C540 is showing "connection failed, please try again" most of the time when i try to see the live streaming from my APP in spite of having a excellent internet connection and no saturation on 2.4 bandwidth
It's bumpy ride because it's very difficult to see the streaming when needed, I'm engineering system and i can ensure the cam is rightfully set and connected because when error is happening i can see the network configuration working as expected and i am completely sure my internet service is running fine, even the distance between the cam and my network is super close
My firmware 3.0.2 build 240611 Rel.80268n and Vigi App with version 2.5.32 and de device is Vigi C540W 1.0
By the way, within my network i also have a Tapo C310 and I don't have this kind of issues
What's happening? Please help me because i think this is an firmware issue or factory defect
