Omada EAP-235 Stuck at 100 Mbps Instead of 1 Gbps

I’m experiencing an issue with my Omada setup at home, which consists of an Omada router(ER605 v2.0), switch(SG2210MP v4.20), four EAP access points(EAP235-Wall(EU) v1.0), and an Omada Controller installed on a local server.
Issue Description:
- One of my EAPs is consistently connecting at 100 Mbps instead of 1 Gbps.
- If I enable Auto negotiation, it either does not connect at all or connects at 100 Mbps.
- When I try to force it to 1 Gbps, it doesn’t connect; but if I force it to 100 Mbps, it connects fine.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken So Far:
- Cable & Port Verification: I swapped the problematic EAP with another EAP, and the second one worked correctly at 1 Gbps in the same location. Therefore, cables and switch ports seem fine.
- EAP Reset: I performed a factory reset on the problematic EAP, which didn’t solve the issue.
- Complete Network Reset: I fully reset all devices (router, switch, EAPs) and reinstalled the Omada Controller before reconfiguring everything from scratch. The problem persisted.
Given these steps, I’m unsure whether the EAP is defective or if there is a specific configuration needed to resolve this 1 Gbps negotiation issue. Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
