Mac-Based Authentication for Wired/Wireless with Dynamic VLAN

Hello, Can someone help me or guide me on how can i configure a mac-based authentication for wired and wireless network with dynamic vlan assignment.
Or is it available in the omada sdn?
I cannot follow this guide https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3152/

You can also try with our built-in RADIUS server, below is the guide:

If you want to mac-based, choose MAC Authentication when create radius users.

I tried to use the MAC Authentication and setup a user below
and i test it using my phone, but it prompt a identity and password
the FAQ does give me the same result
