Tapo TC70 losing connection
I recently bought the Tapo TC70 and it has already been updated to the latest firmware version, but I noticed two strange things. The first is that the indicator LED turns red, but the camera continues to work normally. The other, more serious problem, is that the camera loses connection randomly, without warning, and without special conditions occurring. When it loses connection, it does not reconnect, unless I unplug it from the power outlet and plug it back in, which makes me think that it simply froze. Every time this happens, the LED is red, but as I said before, this does not always indicate a problem. Right now, the camera has the red LED on and I can use it without any problems.
The strength of the network signal where the camera is located is excellent, but I imagine that if it were a simple disconnection or problem with my network, the camera would reconnect when the network became available, which does not happen.
All of this that I reported was using the camera app, that is, in its NORMAL use, it is already losing connection, however I must point out that this camera is connected to my NVR, which accesses it through ONVIF and everything works perfectly, until the camera "dies", forcing me to restart it (turn it off/on).
Note: I am not using an SD card or cloud recording service.
