Hello,

I am trying to build a WiFi network in an ancient flat where the walls are very thick and pure WiFi extenders do not work.

I bought 3 EAP610 and a TL-SG1016D Switch, the later being connected to the Iliad modem.

I am trying to build a network using the Omada Web Controller.

I succeed in adding the 3 EAP610 as devices, but these do not connect to internet.

Does someone know what I am doing wrong?

Thanks.

Hi @Fred-Rome,

You need a router and none of the equipment listed has that feature.  It would be connected between the modem and your switch.  If you like the TP-Link Omada products you can get an er605.  There are other TP Link options or you can get one from a different manufacturer.
