tapo c210
I have 104 Tapo C210 cameras in one account because I use them to install them in my stores. Now I can't connect to the camera normally. I experimented with sharing the camera to another account I have. The camera works fine, like I was slowed down while connecting to the tapo cloud, what do I need to do to get it to work properly?

1. What's the LED status on your cameras? Do they have a solid green light?
2. Do you have a problem when watching them locally or remotely? Have you logged into the Tapo app with the owner account?
3. Can you send us a video showing the reported issue?

The LED light on the camera is always green. I use it remotely. Usage in the viewing area is normal. and I signed in with my account I have tested by sharing to another account, remote viewing works fine.

Hi,
