Dear Gentlemen, please I need help. I purchased the said model. I configured and assigned all basic configurations, wifi is working with internet.

"my issue whenever i added in Omada Cloud Controller it shows pre-configured / offline. I purchased a license but i couldn't manage to assign. Would be so grateful is somebody can assist me a basic steps and advice."
