My equipment:
Gateway/Controller/Router: ER7212PC v1.0
Switch: SG2218 v1.20
Since I applied firmware v1.20.4 to the switch, new devices connected to switch ports can no longer obtain an IP address (new client devices are listed with MAC addresses, but IP addresses are shown as dashes). All existing switch-connected client devices appear to continue to function normally; this only seems to affect client devices added since the firmware update.
If I connect the new devices to an available router port, IP addresses are assigned. Before firmware v1.20.4, new devices connected to the switch were getting IP addresses just fine.
New wireless devices are getting IP addresses correctly.

I gave you what you asked for (the logs on the TV Tuner device that show no IP address when connected to the Switch, but then gets an IP address when connected to the Router).
The other device is a Firestick, so there is no client-device interface to show that level of detail. On the Switch side, the ethernet port showed 100 M connection and a bit of traffic, but on the client device, nothing registers until it gets an IP address (it only shows WiFi connection options). As far as I know, that's the only indication provided by the device.
Why would you say there is no progress here? I gave you the requested client-side details for the TV tuner, why can't you proceed based on those details?
