TP-link bad firmware installation

I I hope that router can reassembly after that day. My problem is because my router sys led does not light and i can not do reset. Also only i can enter by serial cable and in safe mode when i charge the firmware by ascii, in the process repeat this words open user-config error and is the same error if i get to change password to router. The problem also i forgot the user router.
