Bad Support System with Tp-link support team

I just want to share
Really disappointed by the Tp-link support,
give a mail - no response
Called Multiple times - Always said L2 team will call after 2 hours , Somebody say on after 12 hours after 24 hours,, But no response at all
I tried multiple times since last one week , always give wrong information,, no proper record on their CRM, They talked rudely also, sometime disconnect the call, not understand the customer prooblem
