hi support.

i have create VPN user using L2TP/PPTP , so far this working normally.

i can access shared folder in my local network office. BUT. .... i CAN'T BROWSING INTERNET when i connect vpn account. if i disconnect vpn ,.. internet working normally in my PC.

why can hapen this? need best solution

You should check at least two aspects:

1. Follow this guide:

VPN Connectivity and Access Troubleshooting Guide

2. Review your settings on the L2TP settings.

Especially your computer. Certain settings may lead to a problem with Internet connectivity.
