Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Hello,

I have a setup with an internet box and an ER706W router placed in the DMZ. I’ve configured an OpenVPN connection, which connects without issue, but I’m unable to access the company’s internal network (accessing a network share in my case). I’ve tried both split mode and full mode, but the result is the same.

Useful info: my router has a cloud license (managed exclusively from the cloud). Could this have an impact?

My configuration :

Thank you for your help.

if you have your router on a dmz then you need to check that the file share has access to the dmz. you also need to check the firewall on the machine you are going to reach. on windows the remote lan is blocked by default. try pinging the gateway or other devices on the remote lan to verify that the vpn is working

@MR.S I cannot ping any PCs, printers, or other devices except my router when connected to the VPN. I think the issue lies elsewhere. In my opinion, I’m not at the PC level yet.

Your configuration looks correct, and if 10.10.10.0/24 doesn't overlap with any other networks then it should work. You can look at this link to see if there might be something there.
