Unable to set manual static WAN IP
For some reason I have been unable to set a static IP in the WAN settings of the controller/router.
Under advanced settings if i untick "Get IP Address from ISP" I would expect a box to appear for me to enter a static IP. It doesnt.
The OMADA user guide suggests it should appear like this - Omada SDN Controller User Guide | TP-Link
I have tried saving then going back but the box to enter the static IP does not appear.
Any suggestions?

We cant do that because its a SOGEA connection that requires PPPoE.
On a Draytek for example I can use PPPoE and still specify the IP address.
As I mentioned, the Omada Controller user guide suggests this is possible by unticking the obtain IP automatically box which should then present a new box to type an IP however it doesnt.
I have tried a few different browsers too.
I am missing something obvious or there is a bug in the firmware.

Hmmm, I've checked that and this option desn't show anything for me as well:
Do you need that option tho? Doesn't the ISP provide an IP to your router automatically after providing Username and Password?

At least its not just me then!
Technically no however the ISP is being particualr and wants me to ensure I have manually set the IP in the router.
How do we raise a bug with support?

I haven't raised any ticket myself yet but I guess I would go with:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/contact-technical-support/#E-mail-Support
Usually, when there's a problem which can be reproduced by Clive_A, he's registering the tickets himself.
But he'll be back online in like 12h probably so... You can try to register that yourself. ;)
Cheers
