Cannot access switch after firmware upgrade
Hey!
I've just upgraded my switch to the firmware that's indicated in the form. After the upgrade was successful, the switch restarted, and since then, I am not able to connect it. It doesn't get an IP so I cannot connect it. Is there any way to save it?
The hardware version is V1.1 but I couldn't select this in the form.

Tried the console and checked if it gets an IP address from the server?

Sorry, I don't know what the firmware was before. It was: TL-SG3210_V1_11xxxx. I don't know what the xxxx was.

You know, when you try to post here a question by starting a new thread, you need to fill a form where you guys ask us details about the hardware we're posting questions about.
This is the reason why I didn't put all the hardware and firmware information into the question itself.
What is your network like, I mean diagram? With IP specified.
I'm trying to put together a whole new network, so it's quite simple:
+--------------+ | Router | | 192.168.0.1 | +--------------+ | | | +--------------+ | Switch | +--------------+ | | | +--------------+ | Computer | | 192.168.0.100| +--------------+

1. I checked the client list on the router and there was only one client the computer I connected.
2. I tried with the "TP-Link easy smart configuration utility" and it said, there's no switch on the network.

Easy Smart Utility is not made for this model.
Try the console which is the easiest way for now. Or consider resetting it.
