I can not log in to the Omada Cloud Controller, I have successfully change my password multiple times but still gets the error of
Incorrect TP-Link ID or password. Please try again

Did the issue persist?
I can login the cloud platform smoothly.
If the issue still persists, please try the following:
1. change a different web browser;
2. try private mode of the web browser;
3. clear the cache of the web browser.
