Hello,

My config is as follows:

OC200 1.31.3 Build 20240620 Rel.80383 -

Controller Version
5.14.26.23

TL-SG3428MP v5.0  5.0.7 Build 20231221 Rel.44223

ER7206 v1.0 1.4.1 Build 20240117 Rel.57421

3x EAP660 HD(US) v1.0 1.2.11 Build 20240314 Rel. 38284

1x EAP650-Outdoor(US) v1.0 1.1.4 Build 20240312 Rel. 77828

I have a problem. When mobile phones are connected to WI-FI network via EAP-s, (660 or 650). The voice calls (Viber, Whatsapp, Telegram) controller was prioritizing those connections as the lowest class; because of that, the quality of calls is extremely bad. When testing speed tests on those same phones I am getting 300/250 Mbit/s which is more than enough for 3000 voice calls simultaneously but still, I am getting constant stuttering in connection and digitalized low-quality voice. Is there any way to give the highest QOS priority for mobiles connected to WI-FI networks and specifically for Viber, Telegram, Whatsup, google calls, etc)

Thanks in advance

Did you test wired clients?

Is this issue only happening on wireless clients or are both wired and wireless clients having this issue?

This is to check if it's a wireless issue or the whole network.

Do you still keep your old router? If yes, would you please test it with your old router and see if the issue persists?

You can investigate further by getting in touch with your Internet service provider if the old router is also experiencing this problem.
