My cameras microphone doesn't work anymore
Good morning, after less than a year my two cameras C500 and C510W no longer work the microphone, I can't hear. I also tried to reset but nothing. Who can help me? I bought them on amazon.

1. Adjust the volume of the camera's microphone and speaker to the maximum, and test speaking through the phone or speaking in front of the camera to see if there is any sound.
2. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker on the camera.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception.
4. Check if your phone is in silent mode and increase the media volume.
If the problem remains, please try to play music on your tablet/phone in front of the camera, go to another room with another phone, go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View page, record the video manually, and send me the video for further analysis.
