I can't get my camera to record continuously for 24 hours, any advice?

Hi,
The Tapo C200 supports 24H continuous recording after you insert an SD card into the camera. Would you please describe your usage scenario in detail, and how do you confirm the camera does not record continuously for 24 hours?
On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page,
1) Please ensure the Local Recording option is enabled.
2) Go to the Local Storage page and send me a picture of it.
3) Go to the Recording Schedule page and send me a picture of it.
