Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 5.4

My tp link eap 110 outdoor AP can perfectly be recieved by phones and laptops both inside nearby houses and outside them.

However, it only allows internet access to those devices out in the open.

When inside the house(s), the signal of the ap can still be perfectly recieved, but internet access is not allowed.

In both scenarios, the phones connect perfectly to the AP, but internet access only works when devices(phones) are outside.

Hi  @TheUgandan

This is must because the EAP is installed outside, and when you are inside, the clients are too far to get internet access. The wifi signal will also be cut down a lot by obstacles, such as walls.

You may consider adding an indoor access point to improve the performance.
