Controlling AP devices in branch office from head office

We use Omada Software Controller to manage all the AP devices in our organization. In our company network, all the network equipments except the APs are from other brands. Can we use the controller software to manage the devices in the branch site while the software is running on a machine which is running in the head office network?
I tried to access the branch site network via SSL VPN; however, it does not work.

I use Omada Software Controller to manage the devices:
When I launch it, all the devices at the branch site are shown as DISCONNECTED.
I also tried to use Omada Cloud to access the devices at the branch office, status of the devices at the site are also shown as DISCONNECTED:
