Your firmware is on the 2.0.3, is that correct? Just confirm it.
Please proceed with the upgrade first and make sure it is on the latest firmware.

Regarding the problem about the time zone, please make sure you have connected to the device and the page does not age. Fresh it if necessary and configure it and save it.
If this persists, please give more details about the NVR if you have and the configs of your time zone with the screenshots.
