Model: EAP110-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: Omada_SDN_Controller_v5.14.20.9_Windows

Hi Guys!

Need help, I don't know what I'm doing wrong I set up my TP-LINK EAP110 Outdoor according to the Manual and I even watched tutorials. But there's still no Internet connection. I attached the Cat 6 cable in the POE Adapter (LAN slot) then direct to my modem router but still no internet. I can connect to the SSID I made in the Omada Controller even set up the Portals but no internet when I connect using Mobile/Laptop devices.

Thank you!

Hi Hank!  @Hank21
Thank you for the help, I was finally able to resolve the issue I tested the LAN cables into 2 laptops and there's no internet. My 2 CAT6 cables are both broken, they are not working at all that's why I couldn't get any internet at all. It's a good thing I was able to find old CAT6 cables lying around the house, I changed both CAT6 cables and it worked right away!

Hi @StaySeeKate

Have you tested whether you are able to get the Internet connection when you wired connect to the modem router? Besides, you can also try to use the EAP in standalone mode without the controller and see whether it will work.

For the ISP Load/No Internet you mentioned, it is used to display the data of Omada gateway’s WAN port within the time range. If you do not have Omada gateway, you can ignore this column.
