Failover to back-up WAN does not work. My primary failed recently and the system did not do a failover to the workng service.

Could you share the screenshots of the page you set up the link back up and how did you find it not work?
Besides, please also try to share about the status of the WAN ports. You can go to Devices > select the router > Overview to check the WAN status.
