Yes I would like to know this as well. 1 YouTube video only showed a motion detector range of 20 feet.

  @123_123 Let me be a little more precise. I bought one for the garden. It has to film half the skyl to make it decent, I do not recomend this camera for outdoor use in open spaces, only narrow and small.
See here, on my C425 it is even worse (max sensitivity settings, at night) than what is portraid in this picture

The camera detect ALL the time my pets, and in configuration is of only detect persona but eje camera detect my pets lije persona, what can I do?

And the camera no format the micro sd Card, why?

Hi,
1. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to format your SD card.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
 

2. Do you mean you enabled the Person Detection only on the camera, but it detects your pet as a person?
   1) Please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of your camera via a private message.

   2) Send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, and please check the sensitivity value of the enabled detection types and the Wake-up Sensitivity.


   3) Can you send us a video showing the reported issue?

 

You can upload the video and picture to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them, and send me the link via a private message.
