It would be nice if we could have an automatic snapshot feature like ring cameras. Where every X minutes it automatically takes a snapshot. 

It is a very handy feature on Ring cameras.

That would be nice. I liked that feature on Ring. It gives a 24/7 kind feel without doing the full recording. It could be useful for battery powered cameras. It does drain more battery. But I would argue that Blink does it. My battery powered camera is on solar panel.

With Snapshot, you can see what's happening between motion activated events with reoccurring photo snapshots taken throughout the day. 30 seconds to 60 minutes intervals (user selectable). Snapshots should be viewable on the Playback Timeline.
