Hi al, 

 

Got today eap653 and new license as well - It got online after while.... then just 5min after went as disconnected - tried factory restart - again same story. 

Do we have any solution fot that?

My access point is eap653 

gateway - r605 

Switch TL-SG3210 v3.0 

 

they all connected by omada cloud

Check the physical connection is stable or not? How did you power the EAP? Maybe the power supply issue.

Can you ping EAPs when it shows Disconnected?

Make sure the cable are all good.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

The cabling is fine, tested with spare cables also when I leave access point in local mode it works fine - no issues at all its only when I pull EAP to omada cloud as I said it does adopt and gets online but just few minutes afterwards it goes into disconneted and its stays even tho its as disconnected I can ping EAP with no problem but I can manage anythig in the omada cloud like create new ssid or similiar. Thank you
