I think I already know the answer to this question, but...

Can the second Ethernet port be configured as a LAN port?

If not, please consider this a request for this feature to be added in a firmware update.

You can tell Marketing and Engineering I already know I am weird.

Hi @integerpoet

Sure, by default the second port has already been set as a LAN port. You can go to config page of EAP and go to Advanced so that you will be able to change the port settings on the second port.

Are there any independent reviews of the EAP783 out there?

@Hank21, I'd sure love to see some throughput benchmarks (ideally independent benchmarks).

Hi  @RedeemerOfSouls

We don't have such a thing.

However you may try to search online(like youtube) and some customers may share their experience there.

Are there plans to implement AFC in the firmware for these AP's so that the 6GHz can broadcast at full power like 2.4 and 5 GHz? I have issues with clients steering away from 6GHz because of the low broadcast power, so frequently they are performing transfers on the slower bands and it takes a while for them to switch back to 6GHz under these conditions.
