Model: TL-SG2218
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I had installation with OC200 + EAP's. With Orange Router specially for VOIP phones.

All was working with some old D-LINK and noname chinese switches.

I changed to the TP-LINK TL-SG2218 with OMADA. Now my VOIP phones (there are preconfigured by Orange, I don't have access to configuration) can not find the IP adress from DHCP server. It seems that I need switches wotking transparent mode. It is possible to configured that in Omada?

Thanks for help

Hi @Izab_Lucas

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

Not sure what you are looking for. Description is too general and obscure.

Are you looking for an unmanaged switch by "transparent mode"?

Is there a VLAN needed for the VOIP?

Is there any document or system requirement you can provide from your ISP suggestions?

It is way too general and I am guessing what is needed in your situation. Read the User Guide and at least know what the switch is capable of.
