Need help with my EAP110-Outdoor

Hi, good day!
Quick question, do I need to open my Omada Controller when using my EAP110-Outdoor for Voucher Type access for business?
I mean, do you need a PC or laptop opened when having this kind of business?
I tried accessing my wifi hotspot using voucher, but I don't redirected to the designated voucher website to enter my voucher codes?

But when I open my laptop and open the controller, I get the redirected page, check screenshot below:
My goal is to have business using EAP110-Outdoor with the voucher enabled WIFI hotspot. I sell some voucher generated codes and they'll get a WIFI for specific time.
But technically, when my Omada-Controller is not online or even my laptop is not opened, I get the first screenshot above. But when I'm going to open the Omada-Controller in my laptop, I get the second screenshot above.
Can anybody explain this kind of things to me? Do I really need to open my Omada Controller?

@Anoushka Yes you need the Omada Controller running but you don't have to use the software controller. Save yourself the time and nuisance of having a PC or Laptop dedicated to running the software controller and just get the OC200 Hardware Controller. Connect it to your network router and it will run 24/7.
Setup is easy. I started out using the software controller and switched to the OC200 shortly after. More simple to set up and it just works.
